Harper is involved in every aspect of the ice cream business.  She has been promoted to manager of daily operations and has been with the company for 4 years with progressive increased responsibility.  She is in charge of communication, networking, coordinating events, evaluating new items, handling emergencies and other unexpected events.  Due to her hard work, overall appointments have increased 50% and we look forward to continued growth and expansion.  On a different note, Harper also changes the oil, differential fluid, air filter and oil valve cover gasket of the truck.  She does not shy away from oil, dirt and the challenges of fixing old Tilly.
