Tilly had a great time at Avamere in Lake Oswego. The masks, gloves and plexiglass are all in place and although unable to see our smiles, we had a great time. The residents loved the ice cream and we really enjoyed playing the music and bringing out the old school treats. More than one resident told us it was a memory of being a child. Great fun and the sun came out for a bit as well.
We have started the ice cream season. It is a little different this year with the face masks, plastic shield and gloves but although you can’t see our smiles we are having a great time. It truly warms our heart to make smiles for your graduation parties, work parties, birthday parties etc. We are hoping for a break in the rain and sunny weather to start in the next day or two so please drop us a note to schedule.
Your Heightscream team is ready to roll when the all clear is given. We want everyone to be safe out there, we are wearing our own face masks and socially distancing with others. Tilly is waiting for the virus to dissipate, she is looking forward to attending festivals, events and joyous occasions. We are hoping to start in the end of May/Early June, we are taking reservations and look forward to attending your event.
The weather held out and Tilly et al had a great time at the Forest Heights Back to School night. It was super fun, their were lots of options and every child was super polite. We really love coming out here with the little truck. However, we are sorry to the few cars we help up when we came over the big hill. Tilly needed the lowest gear but she made it and the new head/manifold gaskets seem to be holding up well. We are hoping for a few more weeks of nice weather. Cross you fingers.
Here we are delivering ice cream on a sunny Friday afternoon. We try to be out when the temperature is above 65 and one can see the sun on Friday’s. Of course we try to be out as much as we can when it is sunny. Thankfully, we are expecting sun for another 4 weeks or so, thus give us a call for your ice cream catering events.
Tilly has headlights from the 90’s. The halogen seems to have degraded to about nothing and it was getting harder to see. After ordering LED headlights, breaking the rusted bolts, they were installed and oh my. They look great.
