Wow, what a beautiful afternoon at the end of September. We provided the treats for over 600, yes, our little ice cream trucked rocked it with 3 awesome helpers. Very short lines, good selection and happy customers. It was great to see friends, colleagues and happy youngsters seeing a real live ice cream truck.
Well, it was time. The muffler seemed a bit rusty and I took it to a referred location in North Portland. Master Muffler. Good thing because not only was the muffler and pipes shot, the driveshaft was nearly busted and the front brakes were in need of repair. The front brakes are from a 1985 Jimmy. After 5 days in the shop, all the repairs were done, Don was the best. Despite rusted, broken bolts, unknown parts and a gazillion miles, it was all put back together and runs like a charm.
What a great event, the weather was beautiful, wedding was incredible, ice cream was cold and the little ones were happy with refills. Tilly and our CSO (Chief Smile Officer) is ready for your wedding. The sun was out and a great evening for the Beaverton Youth Track Club. Our 2nd day of sunshine to start a great late June. Just like last year, all the athletes ran to Tilly who was ready for the team. Lots of ice cream, bomb pops, strawberry, chocolate and ice cream sandwiches. It was a great time and again Tilly was able to serve over 120 in a short time.
Larry turned five today and had a whole bunch of dog friends over for a party. The dog treats are a huge hit, plenty of ice cream for the humans as well. The dogs seemed happy as we continue to have to a fair amount of rain. It does seem that folks just assume it is Junuary which happens every year. The rain does not spoil the happiness and always shared with ice cream.

The Jesuit Celebration was wonderful. Tilly met her friends, Harper and Matt served up countless treats and everyone had a great time. Congrats to all the graduates.
